You may wish to return your product after it's been delivered, be sure to read the below to understand our process and any charges you may incur. To return an item, you'll have to raise a ticket with customer services, simply send them an email at cs@londonappliances.com to arrange. When arranging a collection you will be liable to a collection charge, please find standard prices below. Large Items, such as American Fridge Freezers, or Range Cookers may have additional charges

Returns within 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order
within 14 days after receipt of the products, without giving a reason. However, the item must be unused and
in its original packaging for us to be able to refund you the full amount. If
the item has been installed and/or being used, we will only be able to refund
you a percentage of the products value

Returning a faulty Product

If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at
all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so contact us and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your
faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund. To Verify a Fault we reserve the right to schedule an Engineer first.

Returning an unwanted Product

We are happy to return a product that you have changed your mind
about, with a refund being made before 14 days after delivery. However, if
you have used or installed the product, we will only be able to offer you
a refund of up to 50% of its’ value. Please contact us to discuss your
options.

Damaged Products

Our aim is to ensure you receive outstanding service along with an outstanding product, in some cases, you may notice damage to the appliance that has been delivered, if this is the case you must notify us within 48 hours of your delivery, and we'll be able to offer a damage allowance or alternatively an exchange, failure to notify us in writing will result in no exchange or damage allowance offer.

Cancellations

We understand; you may wish to cancel your order, it is our intention that this remains a smooth process for you. Cancellations may result in a small fee, be sure to read the below.

After 7am (On the day of your delivery) £99 Loading fee, your product has been loaded onto a vehicle and is out for delivery, you may also be liable to a stocking charge.
Special Orders £99 Special handling fee due to customized or non-standard order.

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return of a product you'll have to email our customer services team at cs@l-d-a.net.

Can I call to arrange a Return?

If this is your first time notifying us of your Return you must do so in writing, this ensures a paper trail of all communications. Once you send an email this raises a Ticket on our end, now if you wish to speak to someone you can do so on 02077391004

Can I drop of the Item?

You can drop off your unused Item to our Depot but it must be in an unused condition, if the Item incurs damages on the way, you may be liable.
